FIRE-RATED METAL DOOR SPECIFICATION

Up to 2 hours Fire-Rating
  • Tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2014 + A1:2018 Fire resistance test.
  • Tested and labeled by TUV SUD PSB Lab, Singapore.

Door Frame
  • Constructed using 1.5mm Thickness High Quality Electro-galvanized (EG) metal sheet.
  • Standard frame profile – 150mm x 75mm
  • Customized profile flexibility
Door Leaf
  • Constructed using 1.5mm Thickness High Quality Electro-galvanized (EG) metal sheet.
  • Internally stiffened with robust channels.
  • Infilled with mineral wool for optimal performance.
Vision Panel
  • Size: 100mm x 600mm in compliance to SCDF requirement; applicable to single and double door (Fire-Rated)
  • Fire-rated vision panel – high performance ceramic glass
Optional Performance Requirement
  • Special Sizes – Double Leaf above 3000mm (Non Fire-Rated)
  • Door Finishes Options – PU Paint, Powder Coated, Roller Paint
  • Acoustic Options – Ranges from STC 35 to STC 51
