FRAME: The door frames are made of Aluminium alloy (6063-T5). Rubber gaskets in the doorframe assures an improved airtight. Surface treatment, powder coated with grey white color or natural anodized.
DOOR LEAF: 45mm thick (Opening single clear glass window size is equal to customer requirement).
SKIN MATERIAL: Aluminium plate with a thickness of 0.8 mm and a PE roll coating finish (according to customer’s requirement).
INNER CORE: Aluminium honeycomb with non-combustible Class B1.
ADHESIVE:

Rebon YB2002 (resin) mixed with YB8001 (hardener) Epoxy Paste Adhesive.

Mixing Ratio, YB2002:YB8001=4:1
DOOR ACCESSORIES: Provided “ROCK” lever handle lock, a set of “ROCK” 4 inches stainless steel hinges and “GEZE” door closer.
